Applied Avian Physiology is an intensive 3-credit lecture and laboratory course designed to introduce industry relevant aspects of avian physiology
with emphasis on behavior, neurology, muscle, cardiovascular, immunology, digestive, endocrinology, and reproductive systems for egg and meat producing birds.
